Pitch Fees

The Park is open for 9 months (1st March to 1st December). The Pitch fee for 2024 is £2,420 incl Rates and V.A.T. 

Bryn Uchel Caravan Park aims to give a high standard, which would be expected from a “5 star” holiday park and at the same time providing good value for money.

We do not charge for the water which is supplied to your Holiday Home because the water originates from its natural source deep within our mountain. Bryn Uchel spring water is so pure that it has never failed the strict annual water analysis done by the local authority.

 Further costs to consider:

• Caravan insurance, 
• Maintenance Charge
• Bottled calor gas
• Metered electricity – charged annually

Siting, connecting and commissioning of your Holiday Home:

All new and pre-owned Holiday Homes will be sited connected and commissioned to current regulations and manufacturer instructions by Hammer Leisure.  These charges will be quoted in advance of an order being placed.
